Our team is growing and we are looking for an Sr IT Business Systems Engineer, GTM who will be instrumental in the delivery of projects on our Sales platforms.

While effective onsite collaborations at our Mountain View Office are welcomed, this role can be fully remote if preferred. 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Technical lead with a proven record of delivering solutions in IT with a focus on GTM applications.
  • Implement solutions spanning the Lead to Cash Process primarily in  Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Clari. 
  • Thorough hands-on implementation in CPQ configuration and development.  Ability to partner with business stakeholders and architects to build Product and service catalog, Multi Dimensional Quoting, Contract and subscription management and Approval processes using Salesforce CPQ. 
  • Aptitude to determine the right declarative or programmatic customizations to apply, with deep experience in building system level automations. 
  • Create automations in Apex, Workflow rules, flows, Approval processes according to the business requirements. . 
  • Build the Salesforce.com security model including sharing, profiles, and roles supporting a large population of users.
  • Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product to bring ideas to fruition. 
  • Troubleshoot and fix complex reported issues, with an eye to reduce tech debt.  Document issue progress and resolution. Communicate with other developers /admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Self-starter, with a keen eye for scalable solutions, ability to and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development/administration experience with extensive knowledge of designing and developing enterprise level applications.
  • Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ/Apttus- Products/Price books/Price rules/QCP/Approval flows etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, Web Services is required
  • Experience in Salesforce lightning with LWC, Aura and visualforce. 
  • Extensive knowledge of REST endpoints using APEX, Build applications to POST, PUT and GET data from Salesforce.
  • Experience in building Apex Classes, Controllers, Apex Triggers for various business needs in the application.
  • Good knowledge of core design patterns in Object-Oriented Programming and Application
  • frameworks.
  • Understanding and experience with complex business systems integration is preferred. 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear,
  • concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with a mix of Business analysts, Program managers and Business stakeholders.Experience working fast paced, high-growth technology preferred. 
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements is a big plus.

Comp: Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 USD Annually + Bonus + Equity + Benefits (including health, dental, wellness reimbursement, BetterUp coaching/learning programs, and more). 

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
