The Role

At its core, this role will uncover hidden patterns in data to unlock strategic insights for our business leaders. You will collaborate closely with fellow data scientists, data analysts and HR specialists to ensure the soundness of your results and recommendations, and data translators and software developers to help distill them into guidance for our senior leaders and workforce at large.

With a global mandate and diverse datasets at your disposal, you will leverage your skills to identify drivers and ultimately build predictive models around skills development and deployment, labor optimization, attrition modeling and employee experience that will serve as the foundation of how we run our global professional services enterprise. As your role will integrate people, engagement, behavioral, performance and financial data to yield insights, you will have exposure across our business functions, having at your disposal tools and techniques from Python, KNIME, GenAI, and Workday analytics, among others.

Required Skills and Experience

•

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or related field

• Expertise (5+yrs) in advanced analytical techniques (e.g., descriptive statistics, optimization, pattern recognition, cluster analysis, machine learning etc.)

• Proven experience (5+ yrs) of leveraging tools like Knime or Altryx and/or languages like R, Python or SQL

• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build intuitive data visualizations that drive business decisions.

• Skilled in data quality and data cleansing processes to identify bad data using data profiling and outlier techniques and address missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies to ensure accurate and reliable datasets for analysis and modeling.

• Good understanding of modelling best practices to build repeatable and automated processes.

• Consultative communication style with the ability to translate problems into analytics.

• Willing to take advantage of remote work and flexible hours to support global clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bonus Points:

• Workday experience, including report writing, PRISM, WD Analytics and WD Adaptive.

• Experience working with sensitive HR/employee (or customer) data.
