Sales development, marketing and brand will develop a customer-centric approach to sales, marketing, and brand that drives growth and creates operational leverage through supporting local teams with efficient content and digital services, cross-business line developments, industry leading customer channels and increased automation. We'll collaborate with business lines and enable areas and frontlines to improve sales efficiency, create strategic relationships with customers, and ensure a unified brand that drives growth. Global Marketing Manager, Offering Content Lead

Join our Sales Development, Marketing, and Brand team as the Global Marketing Manager, where you'll act as the lead for global offering content strategy, planning and development and drive customer-centric marketing content aligned with our strategic plan. Reporting to the Head of Content Development and Digital Services, you'll champion cross-business line initiatives, leveraging an agile approach to create a differentiated customer experience.

You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies and assets and leading the cross-business line planning and prioritization of global offering content. Building global content operations enables easy localization across all KONE frontlines and brings improved performance approaches to enable data led decision making. 

In addition to being a global expert on marketing and content, the role will be the connection between the areas, the global team, and other key business line stakeholders. This role requires the ability to think strategically, to understand business goals and support with deep content marketing expertise. The individual must have a strong can-do attitude and be a great communicator and collaborator, coaching and supporting other team members while driving business strategies.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead for the content development team for offering, creating a unified vision and strategy.

  • Manage global offering content planning and prioritization, fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

  • Develop global content operations for efficient processes, easy localization and performance enhancement.

  • Serve as a partner and advisor for global business lines, enhancing content-driven performance.

  • Drive Global Offering Content excellence, incorporating external insights, data, and technology best practices.

  • Manage key messages and value propositions for offering, executing marketing materials and campaigns across all channels.

  • Oversee budgets and schedules, ensuring targets align with agreed parameters.

  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.

  • Coach and develop competences within the team.

  • Ensure offering content development will bring needed results and follows-up with result driven mindset and regularly provides information and feedback about the learnings, as well as analysis.

  • Collaborate with other function teams and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and common goals to be met.

  • Follow up offering content activities and results globally, setting clear KPIs, targets and reporting results, providing analysis and follow-actions to improve.


Requirements for the candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Communications.

  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a track record of quantifiable results.

  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Experience is developing global content and assets to deliver business outcomes.

  • Experience with global content operations and localization processes.

  • Proven ability to lead people, manage change and influence across the organization.

It’s also a benefit if you have:

  • Passion for marketing trends, technology, and operational processes.

  • Experience in a global organization and familiarity with agile methodologies.
