Sr. Automated QA Engineer - FinTech Engineering

Our FinTech Engineering team is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer to join our commercial group, delivering best-in-class digital experiences to our referral partner and small business channels.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & execute automated tests using our testing framework including Cypress, Postman, Mocha + Chai, JavaScript, and Node.js. Perform tests across web, mobile, and api. 
• Participate comprehensively in testing including: integration, functional, end-to-end, performance, smoke, regression, etc  
• Be an active participant in the agile development process. Work with Engineers and Technical Product Managers to build test plans and execute accordingly.
• Review bug reports & escalated support tickets as needed
• Ensure bugs and all quality issues are documented, tracked, and resolved. Review, analyze, and diagnose issues appropriately. 
• Identify application weaknesses and target areas. Work with QA Lead and Tech Leadership to solve faults. 
• Contribute to a continuously improving testing program, specifically in regards to efficiency and automation
• Understand the business requirements and user journeys as applicable to testing
• Work in a dynamic, fast paced environment 

What You Have

• 4+ years as a QA Auto Engineer, excellent design, coding, and debugging skills 
• Must have experience with Cypress, Postman, javascript, nodejs, mocha + chai. 
• Relevant experience with related technologies will also be considered 
• Manual testing experience and expertise
• Experience testing web-based applications & working in an cloud based development environment
• Extensive experience within agile development teams, including working directly in pods of 5+ engineers 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $135,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
