Job Brief

Join the Delivery Enablement Tools team as a Software Engineer and help shape the future of our Delivery Enablement Tools ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure and automation pipelines that empower development teams to deliver software faster, safer, and more reliably. You’ll work with cloud-native technologies to support scalable, secure, and efficient delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines that support internal developer tools and platforms, including proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, database management, server maintenance (Windows and Linux), and scripting (command scripts and box scripts)
•    Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
•    Self-starter who can collaborate with Project Management Office, QA, and tools support team to improve developer experience.
•    Monitor and optimize system performance and availability across all Delivery Enablement solutions.
•    Ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded into infrastructure and tooling.
•    Responsible for documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational playbooks for internal tools and platforms.
•    Support, maintain, and upgrade legacy systems to ensure operational continuity while enhancing performance, security, and integration with evolving technologies. 

Required Qualifications
•    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE JAVA/SQL EXPERIENCE
•    Experience: Minimum 3+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
•    Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•    Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
•    Strong programming language skills (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL)
•    Familiar with certificate renewal and replacement in IIS and Linux.
•    Proficient in writing clear, concise, and maintainable documentation for codebases, ensuring ease of understanding, onboarding, and long-term maintainability.

Preferred Skills
•    Experience supporting internal developer platforms or enablement tools. (JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, Open Text PPM, MS Azure DevOps)
•    Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Google Cloud DevOps Engineer.
•    Develop and manage API integrations to connect SaaS platforms with third-party services, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient data flow.
•    Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
•    Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to ensure clear communication between stakeholders and development team, supporting the successful delivery of solutions.
•    Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure repeatable and auditable infrastructure deployments.
