Role & Responsibility
- work on an agile engineering team developing maintainable and scalable code
- collaborate with stakeholders to imagine, design, develop, test and deploy software that impacts our customers and inspires your peers
- communicate with quality assurance and documentation to ensure application changes are well understood
- Participate in full-stack web development
- create technical design documentation, estimates, and plans for software projects
- create and execute unit test plans
- review code and provide constructive feedback
- communicate status, progress, and issues to management
- learn new technologies and apply them to solve difficult problems
Requirements for skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- professional working experience with Scala/Akka or Golang
- experience in large data management
- experience with distributed storage
- SQL database experience (MySQL experience preferable)
- search engine experience (ElasticSearch, Solo, Lucene, OpenSearch)
- Swift/OpenStack
- Redis
- experience in working with microservices
- knowledge of working in the Agile/Scrum environment
- effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- English B2
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical
