WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Manual QA Engineer to join our high-performing quality assurance team. As a Manual QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in meticulously testing and validating our innovative IT management solutions, delivering top-notch software products to our global customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Manual QA Engineer at Kaseya, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable software products to our customers. Your meticulous attention to detail, passion for testing, and dedication to product excellence will play a key role in maintaining Kaseya's commitment to providing top-notch IT management solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute test plans for individual pieces of software and systems.
- Ensure functionality of applications and they match the specifications.
- Monitor logs for output to ensure confidential credentials are not outputting to them.
- Identify and report bugs for developers to fix.
- Assist developers recreate bugs.
- Provide suggestions to enhance different systems or software.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or Software Engineering; or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, testing applications, testing sites and automation
- Experience with Linux is a MUST HAVE
- Experience working in an agile environment, preferably Agile Kanban or SAFE.
- Experience with software configuration management and version control (GitLab a plus)
- Knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and concepts
- Independent, driven, creative, and like to take ownership
