We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, DevOps to join our growing Kaseya Dundalk team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, automation, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
The Senior Manager, DevOps will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and management of our DevOps infrastructure and processes, as well as releasing new product versions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies, processes and best practices
- Manage and maintain automated solutions spanning the code management, build, package, deploy, and delivery functions of DevOps
- Manage, maintain, and improve CI/CD and automated testing pipelines
- Manage the day-to-day usage and provisioning of cloud and hybrid resources based on the project needs
- Adopt engineering best practices to deliver higher quality and scalable solutions
- Build deployment automation with configuration as code to provision data cloud services/infrastructure
- Stay abreast of emerging DevOps and Data technologies/tools
- Ensure performance and availability of data infrastructure
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
About You:
You should be great at one or more of the following:
- Experience working with and deploying solutions using AWS
- Proven experience in leading a team of DevOps engineers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related role.
- Experience writing infrastructure-as-code using tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
- Experience maintaining continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Understanding of technical architecture and design, theories, and best practices in a broad range of deployment, management, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
Bonus skills and experience:
- Elasticsearch, you know, for search!
- Work related blog or GitHub account details
- Experience supporting containerised and serverless deployments using Docker, ECS, K8s, or Lambda
- Experience of consuming REST API鈥檚
- Demonstrated experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous delivery using GitLab
