Essential Responsibilities:
● taking ownership of your code, working closely with others to develop new features as well as efficiently address reported defects in ways that delight our customers
● working in an Agile/Scrum methodology, discussing requirements, proposing solutions, accurately estimating work and collaborating with others through the entire lifecycle of the product
● following the established Agile/Scrum methodology for software design, development, code reviews, and testing; ensuring product quality and reliability
● designing developing and integrating expert solutions that can be shipped on time while complying with standards for usability, security, stability, reliability, and performance
Qualifications:
● C and C++ : we know that C and C++ are totally different, we really need both of them
in one project for each developer. C++ 11 is enough to start
● Linux: sounds abstract, but any experience with RedHat/CentOS would be a plus
● at least 1-2 year of professional working experience in the IT industry
Nice to have (not a must):
● any experience with Docker
● any experience with Jenkins
● knowledge of CI/CD principles
● knowledge of CMake
● familiarity with Atlassian products: Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket
● knowledge and experience with multithreading
● experience with NAS (network-attached storage)
● knowledge how to write secure code and awareness of security issues
● knowledge of C# or Golang same as Python, Bash or other sorting languages
● Git knowledge
● you should be ready to have constructive discussions during code review
● at least some experience with design patterns described by GOF (Gang of Four)
● previous experience of working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
