You’ll be leading the charge in analyzing data about our product, our customers, our business and our markets. Working closely with the heads of credit, product and market operations, you’ll unearth powerful insights that will give us a deeper understanding of how to best serve our customers and help drive the company strategy.

As one of the early members of Team Jia, you will be shaping the future of this revolutionary business working to solve the $5 trillion credit gap for micro entrepreneurs and small businesses in emerging markets. This is a role with strong autonomy and independence with the ability to carve and shape your contributions to a company that is mission-driven and expanding financial access globally.
