IQVIA is looking for talented and passionate applicants to step into role of Service Tech Lead in Warsaw, as part of our the Regional EMEA Performance and Information Management team.

Our ability to leverage and manipulate big data, coupled with our in-depth understanding of pharma industry and healthcare system, puts us in a unique position to deliver high-quality insights that address a variety of client needs.  EMEA Performance and Information Management team connects Analytics specialists from all European countries, to deliver cutting-edge multi-country headquarter implementations as well as to cater to local needs, understanding complexity of data and market situation in each country.

As Service Tech Lead you will be maintaining data warehousing and business intelligence solutions and overseeing development activities.  You will be joining the Service and Support Team and you will work closely with our clients, helping them to fully benefit from IQVIA data assets and technology solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participates/leads teams in to solve complex issues or implement enhancements to pour technology based services or components of larger, complex projects.
• Reviews and analyzes client requirements/problems.
• Proposes and delivers cost effective solutions to meet these requirements.
• Performs qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions.
• Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions.
• Provides follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market.
• Begins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise, either in technology & applications consulting or functional areas for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Ability to manage work streams, assigning tasks and driving them to completion. May assist with business development activities.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:  

• MSc degree or equivalent (ideally in Computer Science, Electronics or related technical area)
• Strong technical architecture / design or development experience, with expertise in Analytics, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence domain (experience in any of the following technologies will be desirable: Exasol, AWS, Oracle, Hadoop, SQL Server, Snowflake, Column Oriented DBMS)
• 3+ years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life sciences industry.
• Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
• Interested in developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills.
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Strong analytical skills
