The Role

As a Software Engineer with our Professional Services group, you will implement well-considered solutions within a team focused on client onboarding or client optimization. You will work in coordination with your engineering manager and senior engineers in your team to improve the systems that our clients rely on for their operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on projects within your team according to team planning.
• Mentor junior engineers on your team.
• Have a direct impact in projects spanning multiple clients.
• Understand and influence multiple systems.
• Document and present your work to others on your team.
• Participate in on-call schedule for your team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering work experience.
• Experience working with fully remote teams.
• Demonstrated experience collaboratively delivering well-tested code that has business impact.
• Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining excellent documentation for your previous work.
• Experience with one or more of these technologies:
  • Frontend using React.
  • Backend using Python Web Frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.)
  • Data Management Systems (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, etc.)
  • Cloud Deployment using Kubernetes (with observability)

Compensation & Benefits

• Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
• Compensation Breakdown
• Base: $110,000
• Base + Bonus: $135,000
• This role is eligible to receive an equity grant
• Equity value based on $200M-$500M valuation range, and represents 1 year of vesting.
• Total equity grants are on a 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
