As a Graduate Trainee of NEX Software Platform Application Engineering team, you will learn to provide Software support to NEX customers for Intel Edge Platform Software and AI solution. You will have the hands-on opportunity to work and experiment with the latest Intel platforms and software. You will be working with different teams, cross-functional to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work with exciting technologies to support our customers to design, develop and deploy their solution successfully using Edge platforms.
- Create and publish Firmware, Windows and Linux related collaterals, assist peers to prepare training to the internal or external customers to ensure the new features are implemented correctly.
- Build innovative Edge platform demo/how-to-videos and solution BKM to support educating customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
Electrical Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge in C/C++, Python, and other programming language is preferred.
- Knowledge with Linux operating systems is a bonus.
- Basic PC system Intel Architecture and Analog/Digital circuit knowledge.
- Good understanding of digital Communication knowledge

Soft-skills:
- Excellence in English communication (verbal and written) with ability to work with different people.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
