In this exciting Intel IDM 2.0 transformation, your role as a Foundry Product Engineer will provide you with the unique opportunity to spearhead Intel's collaboration journey with our foundry partners on the most advanced technologies. You will play a vital role in driving our new product introduction NPI project milestones and successful PRQ. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Conducting external foundry technology evaluation, transistor device matching, identifying Si gaps to SPICE Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis model.
  • Driving improvement to optimize product performance, evaluating process/ manufacturing window, conducting process capability study, coordinating NPIs.
  • Supporting internal customers to achieve seamless product tape-in and Si delivery.
  • Drive/contribute to cross-functional project teams with design enabling advanced packaging development, quality/ reliability, and post-silicon validation teams.
  • Work with external foundry driving best results by setting up expectations, tracking actions, managing, and resolving technical issues.
  • Travel and visit foundry suppliers when work related travel resumes for this role.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, physics, material science, engineering or related experience.
  • 5+ years in the semiconductor industry with experience in advanced CMOS device engineering or device modeling or process integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in electronic engineering, physics, or material science.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$123,139.00-$203,801.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
