VTG is developing and executing a best-in-class IPU (Imaging Processing Unit) roadmap, increase IPU attach rate, Computer Vision value proposition to CCG, NEX and other Intel BUs. Meanwhile, Incubate next new sensing business and lead creation of AI PC category and experience. VTG SW team is looking for Software Engineering Manager to manages a team of software engineers responsible for - Development and integration of Windows and Linux MIPI imaging software for product over multiple areas of the software lifecycle, including design, development, integration, debug, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support. - Provides direction and goals to the group to ensure efficient operation and sound engineering practices are followed and interacts with stakeholders internal and/or external to Intel. - Sets priorities for the team, achieves results across boundaries, ensures an inclusive work environment, develops employees, and manages performance.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in electrical / computer engineering /computer science
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing software teams.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Windows and Linux software stack, such as camera domain would be big advantage.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate software development methodologies and processes.
• Ensure software products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align software development goals with broader business objectives.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Familiar with Intel CCG/NEX platform SW execution/SWQRC
• Familiar with Intel VTG MIPI solution and production line.
• Experience with graphics, and/or display technologies.
