HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Sr. Director, Product Management will report to the Managing Director, Strategy & Products. This role is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and implementation of initiatives for Inspira Financial' s Health & Benefit line of business. The incumbent will play a key role in enhancing the driving a unified mindset, advancing our market position, closing product gaps, enhancing the customer experience, and simplifying the business. This role requires collaboration across functional teams to drive product ideation, develop roadmaps, assess resource allocation, perform market research, and build business cases, all while aligning with the overall strategic direction of the Company.

  • Drive product vision and roadmap with key focus on bringing innovative products to the Health & Benefit business

  • Establish success metrics for the product that align with the company and business goals

  • Lead a team of product managers and product owners, and drive the maturity of product management and Agile practices in the organization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, product design, marketing, operations, sales, and executive leadership) to deliver high-quality products

  • Bring the voice of the client and data backed approach to defining, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap

  • Engage internal stakeholders to understand the assigned business unit�s needs, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with their objectives

  • Evaluate the current vendors and drive the selection of new vendors to enhance the product portfolio

  • Research and keep abreast of the latest industry trends in Health & Benefits and modern product development

  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelor�s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;

  • 15+ years of experience: background in Health & Benefits, Consumer Directed Benefits, Benefit Administration, and/or Fintech, experience in human-centered design, design thinking, and agile product management methodologies, experience in cloud-native products, experience in retirement services is a plus

  • 5-7 years of leadership experience

  • Leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, and guide the creation of self-organizing teams

  • Experience ideating and delivering products in a fast-paced environment

  • Strategic, innovative, and creative thinker with a solid Fintech foundation

  • Expert in Agile practices such as iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition

  • Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with the cross-functional teams, lead discussions, advocate for the team, mentor team members, and resolve conflicts

  • Solid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.
