We’re looking for Staff Salesforce Developer to join Procore’s GTM Team. In this role, you’ll responsible for the architecture, development, administration, and maintenance of the Salesforce Sales and CPQ ecosystem. This is a tremendous opportunity to build solutions that support the backbone operations of our business.

As a Staff Salesforce Developer(CPQ), you’ll partner with Multiple Functional teams of Salesforce developers/Administrator/business analyst and GTM teams to develop high-performance, scalable solutions. 

This position reports to the Director, GTM Systems and will be based in our Pune Office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do: 

• Design and develop complex Salesforce.com applications and integrations between Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ using declarative and programmatic logic (Flow, Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, JavaScript, and other technologies)
• Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design, technical design and implementation/enhancement of Quote to Contract with Salesforce CPQ.
• Innovate and champion new tools, techniques and integration processes to drive reliability and maturity of Procore’s Business Systems platforms
• Collaborate with all levels of the technical team and partners to evaluate technical solutions and design trade-offs
• Work in an Agile environment where innovation and teamwork are pillars of success.

What we’re looking for: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical field. Advanced Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in architecting and designing full stack solutions using  Force.com technologies -- Flow, Apex triggers and controllers, Lightning (Aura/LWC), bulk data patterns, governor limits, metadata APIs, SOQL, batch and future patterns, outbound messaging, and web services 
• 5+ years Salesforce CPQ development experience with full cycle Salesforce CPQ project implementations that includes configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Proficiency in product configuration/bundles, complex pricing rules & sequence, quote configurator plugins, Advanced Approvals, Salesforce CPQ APIs.
• Expertise in CPQ functionalities like subscription-based licensing, amendments, extensions, renewals and Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Innovative and motivated problem solver with top-notch software design and implementation skills
• Well-versed in sales and billing processes as they apply to subscriptions, renewals, amendments, order orchestration, provisioning and activation, revenue recognition, and taxation
• Salesforce.com certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II and Salesforce CPQ Specialist)
