The Opportunity
Incode is looking for automated QA Engineers to support our web and mobile solutions. We are looking for focused individuals that will work tightly with our Product and Engineering team to test, iterate, and approve feature releases in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
The QA Engineer will work together with the Engineering team to build a rock-solid app that increases customer satisfaction. From analysing new features, to approving them for release, you will be involved in every step of the process.
Requirements:
- Great verbal/written communication skills (in English)
- Motivated to learn and grow (This position exposes the candidate to all aspects of a successful product, from development through end-user adoption)
- 3+ years minimum as an automation engineer.
- Hands-on experience in writing either UI or API automated tests.
- Knowledge of Java or NodeJS.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
- Practical knowledge with any of testing automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Playwright)
- Experience with any of CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Cricle CI/Githhub Action)
- Experience with API testing and related tools (Postman)
- Experience with database technologies, such as SQL
- Familiarity with relevant quality assurance industry-standard best practices and methodologies
- Experience with end-to-end testing process of software applications
- Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills
- Make sure Incode builds and designs high quality, scalable products, through a solid QA process
- Continuously improve the existing automation, speed, quality, and automate repeated task
- Develop new automation tests and perform maintenance of existing ones
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Document and manage test plans and testing of our mobile and web applications
- Work closely with DevOps team, developers and QA Engineers to design, build, extend and execute Performance tests
- Participate in building a world-class company
- Learn fast and improve skills
- Coaching junior team members and participation in the selection process
- Traveling to Mexico City for sprints
- The Employee is also obliged to carry out other job activities, as requested by the nature of his role.

- Experience with Sauce Labs
- Experience with performance and/or security testing (JMeter)
