What You'll Do
- Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end member journey around insurance coverage, cost visibility, and claims understanding.
- Partner with product and design to shape the vision and roadmap for coverage enrollment and claims advocacy tools.
- Ensure services are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Coach, mentor engineers
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
- Experience leading full-stack or backend-focused teams in a high-scale environment.
- Strong systems design and architecture skills.
- Ability to lead with empathy, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and prioritize engineering investment.
