We do this by stopping ransomware and cybercriminals from moving freely through a network, stopping attacker pivot, and in essence, disrupting the attacker's kill chain. As a Sr. MSP and MSSP SE at Illumio, you have an understanding and empathy for the needs of our clients. You set clear expectations around what we can, and can't do. You will provide a technical demonstration of our products, adapting in real-time based on the client profile and feedback.

You will scope and run POCs, establish product positioning, initial product education, handle objections, knock out competitive threats, and ensure customers have a fantastic evaluation experience; which includes working to deliver our product to show value—helping the client reach a buying decision.

• Develop and nurture both technical and executive relationships to influence preference for Illumio's solutions

• Present solutions through live presentations and webinars

• Assist with trade shows, expos, and symposiums

• Support deal progression and POCs as needed

• Onboard MSSP/MSP customers and assist with the partner community

• Deliver powerful demos driven by use cases, customer stories, and customer pain points

• Act as an advocate for customers on future feature development and support

• Work alongside our IR and recovery partners to deploy our solution in real-time breaches

What you should bring with you

• 12+ years of customer-facing experience

• Experience working across multiple teams in diverse timezones

• Knowledge of and ability to describe: adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP's)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with CxO level personnel as well as technical staff.

• Understanding and familiarity with desktop and server operating systems

• Virtualization platforms, containers, and OpenStack solutions knowledge is a plus

• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE, NIST, CIS

• Ability to travel domestically

• Experience selling or working with MSSP or MSPs is plus
