About the Role

iCapital is seeking an AV Collaboration Engineer, who will report to the Vice President of Digital Workplace. The Digital Workplace team collaborates with internal stakeholders, peer technology groups, and third-party vendors to support iCapital’s rapidly growing Corporate IT and AV footprint. This footprint spans physical locations in the US, Canada, Portugal, Switzerland, UK, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• On-site Conference Room AV Support:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment in conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and multipurpose training rooms.
  • Ensure optimal functionality of displays, microphones, cameras, and other AV components.
• End User, Client, and Executive Meetings:
  • Ensure flawless technology experiences during meetings for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with facilities and events teams to set up AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and internal/external events.
  • Support executive team and administrative staff and resolve technical issues during critical meetings and client-facing events.
• Digital Signage Management:
  • Manage digital signage displays across the organization.
  • Update and distribute content for digital displays.
  • Monitor and address any technical issues related to digital signage and IPTV.
• Microsoft Teams and Zoom Enterprise Support:
  • Assist users with Microsoft Teams and Zoom setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for virtual meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot audio/video issues during Teams and Zoom calls.
• Collaboration:
  • Support other collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Atlassian, and 1Password) as needed.
  • Train end-users on efficient use of collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the iCapital Corporate Technology teams to ensure smooth service operations and delivery of cross-functional enterprisewide solutions.
  • Work with vendors for equipment and service procurement, repairs, and warranty support.
• User Support and Training:
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing user inquiries and technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on Digital Workplace technologies.
  • Document solutions and provide guidance on best practices for virtual meetings, screen sharing, and collaboration tools.
• Technology Upgrades and Maintenance:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing upgrades to existing systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability, including daily walkthroughs and issue escalation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing the delivery of audiovisual services with integrated systems, digital signage, and equipment for conference rooms
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related certifications (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of Neat and Poly AV systems
• Strong knowledge of Zoom Enterprise platform administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Room Resources and MS Teams administration
• Experience with macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android endpoints
• Desire to explore and learn new technologies to enhance the conferencing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with senior business users and teams to deliver solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
• Capability to identify gaps in existing digital workplace infrastructure and execute remediation plans
• Customer service skills and experience providing white glove support
• Attention to detail, especially while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Okta Single Sign-On Administration is a plus
• Azure MFA Administration is a plus
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus
• Telecommunications experience (Genesys and MS Teams VOIP) is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
