Description
- Shape the employee engagement strategy for Apptio Poland
- Organize and run existing Apptio Poland employee engagement activities like All Hands meetings, site award programs, charity events, and site parties.
- Organize knowledge sharing activities
- Organize local onsite Apptio’s Product & Engineering events (e.g. hackathons)
- Prepare internal and external communication, including social media
- Help shape external employer branding for Apptio Poland
- Work with Marketing team on updates of Apptio Poland website
- Help in preparation of Apptio leadership visits in Poland
- Provide administrative assistance to Apptio Poland Site Leader
