As a successful Project Manager in Technology Expert Labs, you will lead a team of technical experts to ensure the formulation, development, and implementation of projects that meet and exceed the client's business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding your client's expectations.   • Building Credibility and Influences: Navigating across venues to resolve issues, developing and documenting risk mitigation strategies, providing project direction that quickly builds credibility and influences as a trusted advisor.
  • Developing a high-performing team: Cultivating teamwork and problem-solving while working under delivery expectations and deadlines.
  • Empathy and Service Skills: Demonstrating empathy and service orientation skills for client success.
