Description
- Prepare technical solution and architecture of AEP implementation and interaction with existing eco system.Design integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud products (AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics etc) and industry leading CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic CRM. Model XDM Schemas and identity graph management
- Participate in reviews with the Architecture Review Board and help in developing Poc. Design the segmentation and channel activation flows.Design data ingestion leveraging AEP Web SDK
- Design Journey Optimization flows and Customer Journey Analytics dashboards
- Define deployment strategy and roll out check lists
