As a Software Developer Intern, your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance various troubleshooting tools used within IBM technical support team to provide efficient problem resolution. You will work on diagnostic tools such as network analyzers, diagnostic software, monitoring platforms, log analysis tools, and debugging utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Development: Develop a suite of troubleshooting tools, including but not limited to network analyzers, diagnostic software, monitoring platforms, log analysis tools, and debugging utilities.
Tool Optimization: Configure and fine-tune tools to meet specific operational requirements and maximize their effectiveness in diagnosing and resolving issues. This may involve customizing settings, creating scripts, or integrating with existing systems.
