What You’ll Do:
- Hands-on and Experiential Leadership: As a Staff Software Engineer, you're a hands-on technical leader. Your role will amplify the capabilities of your team, sharing knowledge on the latest AI/ML and agentic system best practices. Your quick adaptation and implementation of clear direction will foster a strong, innovative team environment. Your role involves leading and mentoring a team of engineers,providing strategic project directions, and embodying the core values of our engineering team.
- Navigate New AI Landscapes: You'll dive deep into the world of language models, agentic frameworks and their applications, bringing hands-on experience from working with large-scale, data-intensive applications or ML systems. Your curiosity will drive you to explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance agent and overall system performance, including prompt engineering, OSS LLM Stack, fine-tuning, frameworks like CrewAI and Autogen, RAG and Vector/Semantic DBs.
- Bridge Gaps: With a forward-looking approach, you'll be instrumental in integrating existing systems with the next-gen AI technologies, focusing on areas that make our AI and agentic systems effective for our business, such as agent context and memory management and continuous feedback mechanisms to enhance agent performance and adaptability through fine-tuning.

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
