The HubSpot Forecasting team is responsible for the Sales Forecasting product that enables our customers to predict their business outcomes. We do this by connecting our customers’ data with their business goals and enabling sales leaders in keeping track of their team's progress.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for software engineers who are excited by the challenges that come from working at scale and are passionate about improving the usability and reliability of the product they own.
We’re looking for individuals that:
- Have a customer-centric attitude and develop opinions about the HubSpot product
- Can lead a team's complex projects with many moving parts (technologies, teams)
- Take ownership, work collaboratively, figure things out and work with minimal guidance
- Someone who has shown that they can solve complicated technical problems and analyze tradeoffs
What you’ll need:
- Experience with any JVM language such as Java or Scala
- Experience developing and maintaining scalable backend systems
- Comfortable in performing effective code reviews for your peers
- Experience integrating ML models in BE is a big plus but not essential
- Like the idea of working on a small, customer-driven development team of 3-5 engineers.
