Our role in HP is to support HP labs developing new products, HP factories and manufacturing partners. We support more than 1000 servers world-wide utilizing Windows, Linux, Cloud native tools, Virtualization and many others.
We focus on technical issues which occur during manufacturing process on factory floor or in lab environment.
Besides reactive support we monitor our systems proactively, to make sure production critical operations in the factory are running 24/7.
Your role will be:
Monitor HP servers and applications, including cloud native, file servers and SQL servers; attempt to identify and resolve issues proactively based on alerts and monitoring.
Install new releases of HP Software tools, maintain all applications and platforms per HP security rules.
Work on improvement project where you will learn SQL, PowerShell and/or C#, K8S, Grafana and many more
Acknowledge requests from World-Wide HP factories, partners and R&D labs
Manage the issue; follow up as necessary until closure.
Solve the issue or escalate to the appropriate owner within specified SLA's.
Among your super-powers, do you have…?
Passion about technology and innovation
Current student in IT related / engineering field
Creativity, proactivity and inter-personal abilities
Basic administrative knowledge of MS Windows/Linux
Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, etc.)
Basic SQL Server / SQL language knowledge is a plus
Experience with any programing language is a plus
Basic experience in a software or server support is a plus.
