Job Title: System/Tools Operation Support Intern (技术类实习生，面向2025届应届毕业生）

Responsibilities:

System & Tools account assistance

• System/ tools account application and life-cycle management.
• Handle issues/bugs related to system/tools accounts, and timely escalation to project team or IT team. 

System & Tools testing 

• Perform system function test according to the requirements of project manager/business owner.
• Summarize test results and feedback to IT team or project manager for further improvement.

Support reporting automation project 

• Join the reporting automation project team, collect the business team's reporting requirements and design user stories to submit to IT team.
• Timely update system/tools performance tracking reports, such as RPA/S4 performance tracking report.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or master degree majored in Computer Science, Engineering, Service Management etc. （ 计算机科学与技术、网络工程、数据科学与大数据技术、信息安全，软件开发，数据库等专业 ）
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and team player.
• Fluent oral & written English, have passed CET-4 or above.
