Job Summary
• We are in search of a Pricing Transformation Project Manager to join the Pricing Experience organization. This critical role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with prior experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, or programs across markets.

This role will be part of the Pricing Experience COE team, responsible for driving pricing critical, cross-organizational, transformation initiatives connected to the E2E Pricing transactional activities. Specifically, this individual will be driving the implementation of different Pricing improvement projects to make sure our ecosystem is in compliance with SOX and internal audit activities. This role will be responsible for defining the workstreams needed, concurrently, tracking / reporting progress of each, as well as facilitating definition, alignment and prioritization of any required enablement activities being driven by one or more supporting organizations.

What the Pricing Transformation Project Manager will do: 
•    Leads complex data analysis to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights
•    Establishes the metrics required to measure business results/impact, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
•    Creates effective taskforce engagement and governance
•    Leads the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables
•    Monitor progress and prepares regular updates and/or dashboards for L2 and L3 stakeholders
•    Contributes by adding creative insights and developing recommendations, and proactively identifying new opportunities
•    Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
•    Collaborates across businesses category and operational functions to align strategy and direction


Education & Experience Recommended
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field of expertise with focus in Business, Economics, Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Support. 
•    Typically, 6-10 years of experience in leading projects related to Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, or related functional area


Knowledge & Skills
•    PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications (not required, but preferred)
•    Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
•    Good business and financial acumen within area of responsibility, with a holistic / system's perspective
•    Very strong project or program management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
•    Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
•    Developed leadership skills, including team building, group facilitation, conflict resolution, and management
•    Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies and tools (Excel/PivotTables, Smartsheet and PowerPoint, Power BI a plus)
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
