Senior Cyber Security Engineer - DLP

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced L3 DLP Engineer who have hands-on experience with implementation and Administration of DLP technology across a large enterprise and will be the part of the Security Operations Team. The candidate should support and Admin for DLP tools such as configuration of policies, upgrading, patching etc. The candidate must be able to communicate with the Security Operations and Incident Response teams to identify adjustments and modifications to be made to the DLP Solution.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Data leakage prevention technologies such as DLP, CASB, Data Classification, CASB, Information Rights Management (RMS) Email, Network, Cloud etc.
• Hands-on experience with Administration and implementation of DLP Solutions covering Symantec DLP Endpoint, Discover, Web Email.
• Expertise on design and implementation of DLP policies
• Expertise to fine-tune DLP policies to reduce false detection
• Provide advice on Data Leakage Policy development.
• Experience to troubleshoot Symantec DLP issues
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies.
• Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.
• Collaborate with business groups to help them identify, classify and secure high value data.
• Sound knowledge of DLP versions, patching and other initiatives for system upgradation.
• Implementation of proactive measures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of DLP tools.
• Create, review, maintain and update documentation including Documenting Publishing fixes in central knowledge base.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Good understanding on cloud security concepts and organizational network architecture
• Experience in maintaining various metrices and SLAs.
• Create SOP, Playbook & Policy & procedure docs
• Work with global teams to provide consistent processes and solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of Experience with any of the DLP solutions (Such as Symantec, McAfee, Microsoft, Digital Gaurdian, GTB, etc.)
• Administration of the Data Loss Prevention & Policy finetuning
• Monitoring and maintenance of the enterprise Data Loss Prevention solution
• Explore various data classification tool to map DLP polices
• Hands on experience working with few of the following data protection technologies like DLP, EDR, CASB & IAM.
• Coordinate with various teams within the organization to trouble shoot issues related to DLP on escalations.
• Working knowledge of IT / security principles such as encryption, identity, cloud, etc.
• Strong understanding of security controls in public cloud environments (i.e. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and SaaS services hardening.
• Troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
• Solid knowledge of commonly used frameworks and standards used in cybersecurity.
