Job Summary:
 

Individual with strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation to help run Strategy & Operations and play the role of Chief of Staff to the Head of Product of New Product Development (CFOTech) at HighRadius. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis - detailed analysis of HighRadius data using Google Sheets and/or use of tools such as Jira or Market analysis, etc. to identify key gaps and strategic insights. Build project plans and align product leaders to execute. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations, including overseeing high-priority projects, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams, and providing support to the leadership.

Responsibilities: 

  • Independently drive identified Strategy and Operations team initiatives.
  • Identify key gaps in processes and plug the same, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Tracking complex projects for planning and executing development sprints and identifying key improvement areas.
  • Facilitate the feature selection process, to ensure that the right features are prioritized with the Product Leaders. 
  • Conduct research and analysis on strategic issues, market trends, and competitive landscapes to determine product strategy/roadmap.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. Question and make them accountable to ensure the highest quality outcome for the Product org.
  • Keeping track of high-priority items / special projects for the Head of Product, against the plan and highlighting any delays.
  • Manage the Calendar and create a prioritization list for the Head of Product, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with objectives.
  • Co-build data-driven insights and presentations for key leadership decisions.
  • Attend key meetings with/without the Head of Product, to take notes / provide input/track status, and communicate objectives effectively.
  • Identify opportunities / highlight issues proactively to the Head of Product in a concise and clear manner to facilitate resolution and enhance efficiency of the Product org.

Skill & Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Management Consulting / Growth / Product Management / Analytics or related roles.
  • Prior experience as Chief of Staff / reported directly to Leadership / in a fast-paced dynamic environment will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent analytical skills and love for data crunching. 
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively.
