Staff Product Manager, ML/AI (Decisions Alliance)

About the Role

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, with a focus on customer experience personalization and behavior forecasting. Our mission is to personalize customer interactions and support business decisions using machine learning. You'll be working with multiple cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers and data scientists to build innovative data products in an agile, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement vision and strategy for global ML/AI data products
• Research and document new opportunities and capabilities, build POCs and conduct MVP experiments
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to drive personalization and forecasting initiatives across the customer lifecycle
• Define clear OKRs and KPIs with your teams and track progress against them regularly
• Stay informed about industry trends to innovate and meet company needs
• Mentor and collaborate with other product managers in the company
• Influence the overall direction of our ML/AI strategy as part of the Global AI leadership team
  
  

You Are

• An active, solution-oriented member of autonomous, cross-functional agile teams
• Able to develop an in-depth understanding of HelloFresh’s core product and architecture
• Acting as an ambassador for state-of-the-art software solutions and industry best practices
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive hands-on product management experience in teams with engineers and data scientists
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end data and machine learning products, ideally for personalization and/or forecasting use cases
• Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and commercial roles to discover and deliver valuable solutions
• Familiarity with different machine learning models and paradigms, including Generative AI
• A fail-fast-and-learn mentality and experience in building POCs and MVPs, linked to generating business value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve goals
