Project Manager - Procurement & SCM (m/f/x)

The role

HelloFresh is looking for a Project Manager to support the execution of Procure-to-Pay projects focused on process excellence and digital transformation. This role engages with diverse stakeholders across 11 international markets, and will have a significant impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its procurement and supply chain.

What you’ll do

• Act as a liaison between Commercial and Technology organizations by translating business requirements into technical specifications for successful project execution.
• Lead deployment of digital tools within procurement and SCM, including project management and change management activities.
• Assess existing procure-to-pay processes used throughout our international markets and propose streamlined solutions to ensure compliance with global standards.
• Work closely with technical stakeholders (Product, IT, Engineering) to define business requirements, map future state processes and drive digitalization.
• Establish metrics to measure progress against the digital transformation roadmap.
• Create and maintain international SOPs related to procure-to-pay processes.
• Other continuous improvement projects as assigned.

What you’ll bring

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a consultant or in a similar role with a focus on Procurement Technology or Process Excellence
• Prior experience in the food industry, FMCG and CPG industry is an asset but not required.
• Advanced Project Management skills, certifications like Lean Six Sigma are considered a plus 
• Experience with writing technical specifications, driving system implementations and executing digital transformation projects.
• Experience with deployment of procurement and supply chain technology solutions across multiple international markets or divisions.
• Exposure to corporate procurement governance and familiarity with best practices.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite software packages.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Atlassian, Monday.com, Asana).

Language: 

• English is our official company language. Other European languages such as German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian would be an asset but not required.
