As an electrical engineer, you are an essential part of every project across the board. You will design, analyze, fabricate, and test power systems. In addition, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to support and enhance our technology for science instruments and Polaris engineering. We are seeking top electrical engineers with pulsed electric field skills—experts with high-voltage microsecond pulse experience in the 10 to 60 kV range. You will create real, impactful change.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze requirements and objectives.
- Research, design, develop, and sustain electronic or electrical systems.
- Prepare schedules and cost estimates.
- Perform qualification, and testing plans on new or modified designs.
About You:
- Advanced degree in electrical engineering, or related experience.
- Proven track record of success in engineering pulsed power systems.
- Experience designing and operating pulsed power diagnostic equipment.
- Clear and concise communications skills.
Per Washington Equal Pay and Opportunity Act the range for this position is $136k - $185k. Actual salary is based on education, experience, and other qualifying skill sets.
