Sales Operations Analyst / Data Scientist (Remote)

Hasura is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst / Data Scientist responsible for overseeing the collection, storage and interpretation of data for the worldwide Sales team. Duties will include sifting through various sales/product/usage data points and comparing those data points to current company processes and preparing reports outlining business predictions or proposals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, presentation and Mathematical skills. A strong candidate is flexible with change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What the role will involve:

• Collecting sales and product data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies.
• Transferring data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis and Sales use.
• Analyzing and proposing future geographical coverage models for the sales organization with the intent to have a predictive model for next best hire date and location to optimize contribution  
• Creating new/experimental frameworks to collect data.
• Building and or modifying existing tools to automate data collection.
• Searching through large data sets for usable information.
• Creating and maintaining reports and presentations providing Sales business projections and predictability.
• Correlating similar data to find actionable results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role
• BS Math/Statistics, BS Economy, BS Computer Science, all applicable.
• Exceptional technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
• Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Familiarity with data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of lead to cash processes.
• Ability to identify and monitor key indicators of fluctuations in the business.
• Deep knowledge on Sales Tech Stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Big Query, Looker, etc.).
