Description
We are seeking an experienced Automation Infrastructure Engineer, who can provide scalable solutions and work independently and be a good team player.

As an Automation engineer, you’ll work on AI RAG based systems to effectively design and retrieve domain data and maintain models that learn from data In this role, you’ll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies.

This individual will be also responsible for the day-to-day operations, administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration of DevSecOps process in AWS and on-prem. This individual will manage and resolve service requests via ServiceNow ticketing system and work closely with internal teams (DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Networking) and support other customers like Information Security.

Responsibilities & Required Skill Sets:

  • 2+ years of experience with artificial intelligence (AI), data science, ML engineering, data research, software engineering, or data analytics
  • Experience with Generative AI, including transformers or LLM work
  • Experience with software and AI projects
  • Experience with the Python programming language
  • Experience on Full stack development like Reactjs, Django frameworks
  • Experience with project work in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or chatbot development
  • Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing
  • Build, automate and maintain our tooling infrastructure in AWS/On-Perm, focusing on Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
  • Ability to architect a reliable high availability cluster solution for development tools implementation
  • Work in an agile team, handle on-call, and support deliverables in production
  • Build monitors/dashboards/log visualizations to collect metrics and learn requirements to build solutions and tools to constantly improve availability, performance, up-time and response times of the platform
  • Operate development and high-available production environments in AWS
  • Ability to rapidly absorb new technologies and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
