As an Account Manager, Team Lead at GRIN, you will own the GRIN renewal engagement for a portfolio of brands and creators who leverage GRIN's creator management software to achieve measurable business outcomes through their go-to-market strategy. The Account Management Team is tasked with being a steward for our business, supporting our mission-critical goal of increasing net revenue retention while leveraging a customer-centric renewal strategy. You will partner with Customer Success Management to ensure a great customer experience and deliver on retention and growth goals. This role works with customers during their renewal cycle to educate them on the value proposition of GRIN and maximize contract value. Leveraging active listening, you will identify pain points - current and future, and propose solutions to optimize their return on investment. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Best in class renewal management ensuring successful, on-time execution of contracts
  • Work directly with customers to support all phases of the renewal deal cycle, proactively engaging early to support risk mitigation and identify procurement process
  • Capable of delivering high-level product demonstrations or platform overviews as part of educating new stakeholders
  • Maintain an accurate 90-day rolling forecast of renewals assigned to you
  • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance, deal desk, and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate
  • Verify compliance with internal policies (and external regulations)
  • Effectively partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver value-based pricing solutions that are both fair and allow for future expansion growthManage to the goal of maximizing contract value while protecting and enhancing customer relationship
  • Respond to questions from customers and/or internal Go-To-Market teams on any aspect of renewal
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis in partnership with customers to demonstrate the value of GRIN
  • Work cross-functionally with Support, Product Management, and Product Marketing to support churn mitigation
  • Discover new revenue opportunities to increase Net Revenue Retention
  • Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including: opportunity management, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quotes, and forecasting
  • Additional responsibilities as required

What You’ll Bring:

    • 4+ years of work experience
    • 2+ years in B2B Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success
    • SaaS experience required
    • B2B sales or marketing experience a plus
    • Strong negotiation, operations and analytical skills
    • Consultative selling experience resulting in growing existing accounts
    • B2B Influencer Marketing or eCommerce experience a plus
    • Salesforce experience a plus
    • Self-motivated and ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
    • Adaptive listening and communication skills
    • Well organized with exceptional attention to detail

United States Annual Base Salary Range
$100,000$115,000 USD
