BI Developer (Product team)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, database management, and business intelligence tools. As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our BI solutions, ensuring that our stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Train end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the BI space.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) - Must
• Experience with analytics data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) - Must.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Must
• Experience with DBT modeling - Advantage
• Experience with repository tools such as Github bitbucket - Advantage
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow - Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus- Advantage
