Our Engineering teams’ processes are optimized for remote collaboration however we are looking for engineers located in Estonia. It is up to you to decide whether you want to work from the office either regularly or occasionally or you prefer to work from the comfort of your own home. 

What you'll do:

As a full-stack developer, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining Elixir and Ruby microservices, backed by Postgres and NoSQL stores, like Redis, DynamoDB, and S3. All of our services run on Kubernetes, in Docker containers. Some other technologies you will probably touch on are React, DataDog, Kibana, Kafka, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible.

Since all our product teams are self-reliant, at some point you will work on some features that require front-end work as well. The exact amount will vary depending on the projects your team undertakes. 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience building reliable and high-performing systems
  • Results-oriented with a high attention to detail and quality
  • Experience leading feature development from start to finish 
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Self-starter with the energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals
  • Strong code quality and experience with automated testing standards
  • Wish to contribute to improving team processes and mentoring other engineers

It would be great if you had prior experience with event-driven architecture as we are taking on this journey together with you.
