About this Role:

Team is looking for a well-rounded and motivated Servicenow Developer who will be a part of the execution team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform to drive continuous improvement

• Provide technical guidance to junior developers

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality based on ServiceNow best practices

• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support tickets

• Help stakeholders adopt to new features of ServiceNow

• Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features

• Document processes or Technical Design Documents

• Work closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions

What You’ll Need:

5+ years experience in software development in ServiceNow

Must Have:

• Hands on experience working on ITSM Pro offerings - Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics. Worked on at least one project in these areas.

• Possess advanced ServiceNow Technical skills - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform maps, MID Server configuration

• Worked on Integrating ServiceNow with other tools.

• Experience guiding junior developers

• Experience working with Business Analyst and Architect to provide solutions and estimate level of effort

• Experience working in Agile methodology

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Certifications : Certified Servicenow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist / Certified application developer
