In this position, you will work in a high-impact role driving client implementations and coordinating with business units, product divisions, and cross-functional teams both internal and external to Galileo. You will be responsible for defining, communicating, and executing technical integrations. The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and has the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll play the critical role of steering and prioritizing the efforts of internal and external product teams to drive the client to a successful market launch while managing technical and business risks.
What you’ll do:
● Manage complex interdependencies across multiple, cross-functional parties to build and launch client programs
● Furnish planning and advisory services on implementations to both the client community and internal teams
● Review the status of projects, set deadlines, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
● Influence remote teams on best practices and prioritization during the program and software development lifecycles
● Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
● Work directly with APIs, review logs, and troubleshoot technical issues
● Collaborate with internal project staff resources to execute project plans
● Participate in evaluating existing systems and business functions
● Gather, communicate, and prioritize both business and technical requirements for new projects to fulfill client needs
● Balance project planning, execution, risk, issue mitigation, and escalation to management as appropriate
● BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
● Experience with APIs, cloud networking, tools to test/troubleshoot API issues, and software development lifecycle
● 4+ years of IT Project Management experience
● Vendor Relations experience, preferably in the credit and debit card space
