Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and strategic VP of Product to lead the product and design teams for our core Data Hub product. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy and lead the teams for our core data infrastructure, ensuring that we can handle thousands of data integrations and massive data volumes while serving the needs of both individual, no-code, marketers and sophisticated technical users and central data teams. You will collaborate closely with engineering leadership to drive product development while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Hub

• Together with the VP of Product for Marketing Applications, own and develop the product management and design functions and develop the overall product strategy for the company

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams and work directly with key customers to understand market needs

• Collaborate with the VP of Engineering for the Data Hub to prioritize initiatives, manage trade-offs, create high performing teams and align resources effectively

We Believe You Have:

• 10+ years of product management or related experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure, a data platform, developer tools or a similar product and team

• Proven track record of building and scaling large-scale infrastructure products

• Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL, big data architectures, data processing frameworks, developer tools and the challenges of managing high volumes of data

• A plus if you have experience working with AI / ML infrastructure

• Experience leading product and design functions and teams

• Strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams around a shared vision

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Experience working closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align product development with market needs
