Role Overview

As the first Senior People Data Analyst at Fullscript, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization by harnessing the power of data to optimize our talent strategies and enhance employee experiences.
The People Analytics function at Fullscript will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing and interpreting Talent & Culture (T&C) data to provide actionable insights that drive our talent strategies and foster positive employee experiences. This role will work closely with our Talent and Culture team, leaders and cross functional teams to help us make informed decisions regarding our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Manage all people data analytics projects to ensure the successful delivery of workforce analytics solutions including the development of dashboards, KPIs and metrics to enhance our employee self-service offerings
- Collect and analyze data from various sources (HRIS, ATS, Employee Surveys, Incentive programs, Total Rewards offerings, etc).
- Use advanced analytics techniques to uncover valuable insights and drive actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present clear, accurate, and insightful presentations and monthly reports for T&C and Department Leaders.
- Compare internal data with external trends & insights to assess our competitiveness in the talent marketplace.
- Conduct predictive analysis to identify potential talent density gaps and partner on solutions and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with T&C, Finance, and Department Leaders on workforce planning and forecasting (headcount, additions/attrition, projections, reconciliation to budgets, etc)
- Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Employee Engagement on key projects and on-going reporting.
Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to T&C and the business.
- Experiment with new tools and technologies to enhance our data analytics capabilities (automation, optimization)
- Lead the implementation of standard processes and controls that maintain data integrity and align with data privacy standards.
Communication & Collaboration
- Effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, through context sharing and providing the true meaning behind the numbers. A creative storyteller with a passion for people data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of people analytics findings.
- Coach and train T&C team members to develop data literacy and analytical skills to support a self-service model.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Statistics or related field OR proven hands-on experience in the areas of data analytics, preferably in the HR/People related domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software e.g, SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, data visualization tools (Looker).
- Experience with WorkTango and/or other performance management software is an asset.
- Experience with extracting and understanding data from HRIS systems (such as ADP)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to data driven stakeholders. A creative storyteller with a passion for people data specifically.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and forward thinking trends as it relates to people in the workplace.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information with strong attention detail to ensure privacy and integrity of data.
