About the Role

Being part of a fast-paced, multi-product company, we have many cross-functional initiatives that
are to be driven objectively and in a timely manner. In order to maintain the highest level of
craftsmanship, it is essential to understand the “why, what, and how”, and to collaborate closely
with the Product and Engineering functions. The role is product agnostic and comes under the
Product Organization. The role requires you to recognize the nuances of the approach that we are
taking, weigh its merits, and its effect on the business outcome that we are working towards. As a
Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for tracking the progress of various
initiatives and for providing regular updates to the stakeholders.
Responsibilities
● Maintain a diligent track of all projects and their statuses with an accurate mapping of
stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
● Articulate the problem statements and purpose clearly and determine that the solution
approach is aligned to the cause.
● Recognise potential challenges ahead of time and collaborate with the parties involved to
effectively manage it.
● Be as familiar as a user with our products, and their features, and capabilities.

Qualifications

Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
● Working experience in engineering product development.
● 3+ years of experience in Program Management that includes analyzing business
requirements, and technical specifications.
● 5-8 years of overall relevant experience.
