Shift: General shift

Job Description:

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements

Execute test cases and document test results

Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not resurface

Collaborate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software

Provide feedback to the development team on product quality issues and potential improvements

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in manual software testing

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience with bug tracking systems and test case management tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Experience with Agile development methodologies and latest QA trends

Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus
