MBA Intern- Product Manager, Sales and Growth TechnologyProgram Overview:
Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 3, 2024 – August 9, 2024 and work approximately 40 hours per week. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
About the Product Manager, Sales and Growth Technology MBA Internship
Overview: As a Product Management Intern on the Catalyst team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by working on various projects aimed at enhancing user experience, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. You will have the opportunity to work on discrete components of the broader sales technology platform, such as mobile, lead routing, improvements to account management, including credit/risk integration. This internship offers a unique chance to apply your academic knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Product Development: Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product features and enhancements.
User Analysis: Conduct user research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Project Management: Lead the execution of projects from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for optimization, and make informed decisions.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
Strond understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and align product roadmap with business objectives.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Majors:
A wide range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of department such as: Computer Science/Network Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math), but willing to train the right candidate.
