About the Role and Team:
Join our Payments team today! Our Card and Money Movement business provides issuer processing solutions (credit, debit and prepaid), value added services (loyalty, risk and digital capabilities), network services and money movement services to over 6,000 clients.

The Cards & Money Movement Value Added Services Digital team manages all the products necessary for a client to engage with FIS payments. Some of these products include our newly launched card management product “Card Suite” as well as our other card management products “EZ Card”, “EZ Business”. In addition to card management products the Digital team manages credit API’s, User Access & Identity Management, Credit & Debit dashboards, and reporting and analytics tools. The Digital team is the ‘face’ of payments.


Our Senior Digital Product Management Director will specifically support our Value Added Services team across our credit, debit, and prepaid card platforms. You’ll have the chance to support a variety of financial products across Fraud, Loyalty, Disputes, Chargebacks, Digital, and more.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be the leader managing the Card Management product line within the Digital Team.

  • Setting the Card Management strategy in coordination with the Credit and Debit processing lines.

  • Define and lead digital products and delivery of solutions and services across our payments product lines

  • Manage a portfolio of key initiatives while driving product enhancements

  • Work with our strategic partners to influence their roadmaps and obtain optimum solutions and pricing

  • Identify and develop key value-add services for the payments industry

  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as other product leads, development leads, sales, and finance

  • Plans, manages and controls activities of a team that evaluates, analyzes and formulates digital product plans for business growth and/or improving productivity and profitability and provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for one or more lines of business, business segments or the enterprise.

  • Identifies, researches and evaluates new digital product opportunities and market initiatives by analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.

  • Tracks competition and identifies threats or opportunities.

  • Directs planning and preparation of product proposals and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.

  • Ensures policies and procedures align with corporate vision.

  • Direct communication and presentations to clients quarterly for business reviews.

  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • Direct payments industry experience as a product manager or equivalent. 10+ years preferred.

  • Software Product management experience including pricing and positioning. 5+ years preferre

  • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

  • Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients

  • Experience and ability to build business cases

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Direct Financial Institution Experience.

  • Agile certification (Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner)

  • Technology background (Mobile Development, Architecture) 

  • Master’s degree

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $135,880.00 - $228,280.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
