About this Role
Fandom is growing! We are hiring several new Engineers for Backend | Fullstack | Frontend. These position can work anywhere in Poland remotely or if you prefer to work hybrid or in the Poznan office. You will report to our Engineering Manager
You get to solve challenging problems at scale and create applications powering some of the biggest fan platforms on the internet with 350 million users, 300,000 communities and 4 billion page events monthly. You ensure they are secure, scalable and resilient. You get to deploy applications in a multi-cloud environment across different infrastructures.

You Will
- Help build some of the biggest fan platforms
- Gain experience across our stack, using the right technology for the job.
- Lead the technical end-to-end app and feature design process
- Improve web apps
- Help your team find the best processes to solve our multiple challenges
- Collaborate with teammates and partners to share knowledge and inspire others to do great work
You Have
Fullstack:
- Code in at least one of our most used languages (PHP, JavaScript, Java, Go)
Frontend:
- 1+ years of experience building modern frontend applications and an ability to code in at least one of our most used languages (JavaScript, PHP, Java)
Backend:
- Experience with server-side web frameworks and an ability to code in at least one of our most used languages (PHP, Java, JavaScript, or Go)
- English speaking
Bonus if you have
- Love of pop culture (Movies, Games, TV Shows, Anime)
- Experience working with highly-scaled web apps/ building reliable applications
- DevOps experience using Docker or Kubernetes or any other tooling
