Your Team’s Impact

Join FactSet’s Professional Services Group as an experienced Project Manager to lead the largest deployments at our “Buy Side” clients (Institutional Asset Managers and Asset Owners). The Professional Services Group partners with our clients to deliver improvements in their operating model by designing solutions, managing projects, and providing subject matter expertise. As a Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in successfully driving these changes at our clients. Your leadership will be instrumental in steering these initiatives towards success, ultimately fostering exceptional satisfaction among our clients. You will be reporting to the Head of PMO in EMEA. What You'll Do

  • Lead large implementation- and transformation programs at our clients
  • Partner with clients to design a cohesive strategy for implementing FactSet’s products and solutions into their operating model
  • Create necessary project management deliverables and confirm projects remain in-line with overarching strategy
  • Manage members of your implementation team to ensure proper communication occurs and timelines are met
  • Combine strong industry knowledge and deep FactSet knowledge to produce solutions across all products
  • Develop and communicate growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process
  • Budget- and Resource management on your projects
  • Partner with support teams to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation
  • Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders such as engineers and product specialists to optimize the solution you’re implementing

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably at an Institutional Asset Manager or Asset Owner
  • Track record in driving large, complex projects with many stakeholders involved
  • Ability to interact with senior level clients
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at Project Management
  • Strong decision maker
  • Enthusiasm, desire, and a strong sense of initiative

Desired Skills

  • Understanding portfolio management workflows, for example performance attribution, risk, and reporting
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or CAPM)
  • Experience with FactSet’s products and solutions
